Thank You Lord

Thank You Lord for the new job, and for the GI Bill. Also thank You for the $6,000 that the governement gave to me on Oct. 1st. I'm thankful for this because of the life and ability you've given me to complete the training that they put before me. Thank You for the guy who's offering me work this weekend, and for how there's no tax money taken out of it. For how it's a wonderful opporutnity to get up on a Sa morning and go make some extra cash. I want to do it because I haven't had the opportunity to work hardly at all in the past 1 1/2 months.

Chadrick

p.s. What are you thankful to our Heavenly Father today for?

Hmmm...what is God up to

Wow the Lord has been great to me my whole life. But He has been answering a prayer for me in the past couple weeks. You see a couple years ago some things happen that lead me to question what God was allowing. But in psalms it says," SHOW ME A SIGN OF YOUR GOODNESS...."

So a couple Wednesdays ago my girlfriend, emily (her bestfriend), and Todd all couldn't make it to a newly started Bible study. The Bible study is centered around getting wisdom to face what comes in the twenties. I decided to go anyways and to my amazement a new friend from class came and I didn't even know they were. It showed me how much I care about the Lord and how He puts people there with me when I need them.  Also directly after that Bible study Jeff a friend of mine called me to encourage me. As busy as he's been it was just the time when he decided to call me.

In this Bible study a girl from the same class said how her dad was recently paralyzed from the neck down. Our Bible study leader just recently got in a car accident and one of their friends died. This was God's way of showing me through a bizarre amount of tragedies in such a short time, for such a small group, that I'm not the only one that has bad things happen to me.

Also tonight after having a wonderful conversation about the Lord with a guy from church that I've never met, my step-dad called me. And he said it's the only time where he's had time to call me.

Praise the Lord Almighty.

IF THERE WAS ANY  JOB THAT YOU COULD PICK AND GET PAYED A MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

For me it would be someone who searched to give an answer to what brings true joy to life.

What mission did the army give me today?

Well here I sit in library on the computer.

Seeing innocent people, even a old lady on her scooter.

To my surprise she's the only with a pro mask on her hip.

So it's okay no elderly people were hurt in this script.

So I open up a CS gas canister and put it on the ground.

People are running around, and falling down

I tell them to cluck like a chicken.

Cuz that's wut they taught us in Basic I reckon.

Yes, the cs gas was  to get there attention.

And  use it as a  elaborated ministry opportunity extension.

So because they are going through a hard time

I have them all line up in a prayer line.

As I pray for them the tears continue to fall and so do they.

I'm not sure if it's the CS gas, or this time of prayer today.

Chad

p.s. During are last FTX (army camping) are Drill Sgts. threw 5 cans of CS gas at us, luckily some of us had working gas masks, HAHA!!!

HAHA!!! I'm graduating in 7 days in a wake-up from the wonderfully gruesome life of the army. After I graduated Basic Training I was called a soldier. Now when we graduate AIT we will be called chemical soldiers. It makes me so excited that I want to get a gas mask tatoo on belly, but I'm only joking.

How come you haven't joined the army?

Chad
